Obeida assumes the position (Partner) at Trafalgar Global, with over 15 years of working experience in providing practical advice and consultation on public relations, international relations and leadership.


Obeida worked as a journalist and editor in news agencies including Quds Press International News Agency, was a co-founder of a leading Arabic electronic media project and has published several articles in Arabic newspapers and news websites. Additionally, he founded and managed The Levant Institute in London 14 years ago with focus primarily on developing and publishing articles, reports, studies and news about Middle Eastern affairs. Moreover, Obeida provided media consultation and developed public relations strategies for governmental institutions, NGOs and companies through Trafalgar Leadership and Management the predecessor of Trafalgar Global.


Obeida is actively participating in political workshops and events conducted by regional and local think tanks about different Middle East affairs.


Obeida got exposure during his career in different industries including Education, Governmental Institutions, Media & Entertainment, NGOs, Political Organizations, Professional Training & Coaching, PR & Communications, and Think Tanks.


He has a BSc degree in Political Sciences from University of Jordan, and MSc degree in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) - University of London, and is currently preparing his PhD thesis at University of Exeter.




Mohammad assumes the position (Partner) at Trafalgar Global, having over 20 years of experience in designing corporate strategies and business plans, setting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for different functions, organizational re-structuring, human resources development & training, and people profiling & assessment through out the Gulf region.


Mohammad contributed significantly in planning and launching the operations of non-Saudi companies at KSA market in the training & education sector for well known big players such as Berlitz and the Canadian Academy for Learning for a long fruitful periods of time.


Mohammad has been working as a management consultant since 2007 believing in human potentials and capacity building by designing and delivering several workshops in soft skills for different institutes, and helping matching jobs with individuals’ capabilities and tendencies through using specialized and sophisticated tools like DiSC and some Thomas International products.


Through out his career, Mohammad was able to design and implement operational processes and procedures with tight linkages to IT systems which converted the manual environment into a totally automated one with tremendous impact on business.


Mohammad got exposure during his career in different industries including ICT, Education, Governmental Institutions, NGOs, HR Training & Development, Retail, and Think Tanks.


He has a BSc degree in Information Systems from Ajman University of Science & Technology, and holds EFQM Internal Assessor accreditation.


Samer assumes the position (Partner) at Trafalgar Global, bringing more than 14 years of experience in managing the operations of leading marketing and advertising agencies in the Middle East.

Samer worked with many of the leading companies in the field of marketing and advertising companies such as Drive Agency, Full Stop Agency and Uturn YouTube Channel. He also contributed to many non-profit organizations on the strategic and operational levels. He was a founding member of a humanitarian non-profit organization officially registered in Switzerland in addition to two other organizations registered in Britain.


Samer contributed to the development of many of the marketing plans and media strategies and he carried out a number of successful advertising campaigns for well-known commercial brands.

He was part of the leadership team who supervised and carried out several buying and selling stakes operations at Al-Saria Media Group and most recently the partnership with Abdul Latif Jameel Group.


Samer has a great experience in the management of startups and small businesses, by developing work systems that maintain a constant high growth , profitability and the entrepreneurial spirit.


Samer’s industries' exposure covers Automotive, Banking & Investment, FMCG, Food & Beverages, Governmental Institutions, Marketing & Advertising, Media & Entertainment, NGOs, PR & Communications, Real Estate, Retail, Telecommunications, and Think Tanks.


Samer holds a BSc. degree in Business Administration from Yarmouk University in Jordan, and MBA degree in Marketing from The University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.




Hussam assumes the position (Partner) at Trafalgar Global, bringing more than 13 years of experience in the areas of organizational development and human resource management in Middle East. During his career, he offered services as a consultant as well as a manager in the aforementioned fields at local and international companies in Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Egypt.


Hussam has worked with many leading for profit organizations such as Ernst & Young, ImpaQta, KPMG, Acxiom, Gulf Advisors, Waad Holding, Ketab Technologies and Impact MENA. Also, he worked with many NGOs, on the operational and strategic levels. Hussam was a founding member of a humanitarian non-profit organization registered at Switzerland in addition to two other NGOs in  the UK.


Hussam played a key role in improving the growth of companies he worked with through a series of internal developments like preparing and developing HR manuals, organization structure design and re-structuring, developing job descriptions (JDs), designing salary scale and benefits scheme, developing performance management systems, beside other organizational-related work like a comprehensive company assessment which provides an integrated road map to enhance the strengths points and improve the areas for development.


Additionally, Hussam set up a system of competencies both technical and behavioral ones for one of the best schools in Saudi Arabia. Moreover, he was part of the team that created the first training program for entrepreneurship in Jordan for the ICT students at Princess Sumaya University for Technology in Jordan.


Hussam's industries' exposure covers Construction, Chain of Pharmacies, Media and Entertainment, Real Estate, Education, Information Technology Services, Retail plus Professional Services.

Hussam has a BSc. in Pharmacy from  Al-Ahliyya Amman University and MBA degree with HRM concentration from Trident University.
